Clayton Heights Chiropractic

Clayton Heights Chiropractic has been open since 2009 and sees patients by appointment at its suite at 18810 72 Ave, in the Clayton Heights neighborhood of Surrey. The clinic groups several services under one roof: chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and cupping), custom orthotics, Class IV laser therapy, also called warm laser, and Chiroflow pillows. Its chiropractic care page describes spinal adjustments and subluxation correction for concerns including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, scoliosis, arthritis, sports and accident injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, and postural or repetitive strain problems.

The clinic is owned by Dr. William Hogan, MSc, DC, a chiropractor originally from Newfoundland. Second chiropractor Dr. Jacob Stetz graduated from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where he was appointed to the Dean's List. Traditional Chinese Medicine is handled by Ting Yuen Tjiong, known as Tim, R.TCMP, who holds a Master's degree in TCM from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with a focus on pulmonary disease. Four registered massage therapists are on staff: Katie Hodge, Kyle Enns, Aynsley Harlow and Janie Bergquist. Aynsley Harlow graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2021. Custom orthotics begin with an in-office consultation and a kinetic gait analysis, combining 3D digital foot imaging with traditional foot mould analysis, and are made in partnership with The Orthotic Group.

Hours run Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 6:00, with a Saturday morning block from 9:00 to 1:00, and appointments can be booked online or by phone. Class IV laser therapy, also called high intensity laser therapy, is described by the clinic as a non-invasive deep-tissue option for acute and sports injuries, muscle strains, joint sprains, tendonitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis and scars. Acupuncture and cupping are delivered by a registered TCM practitioner. Treatment takes place in person at the Surrey suite, and the clinic serves patients from Cloverdale, Surrey, Langley, Willoughby, Willowbrook, Port Kells and Brookswood.
