It is a yearly PayPal subscription: $90.00 CAD plus 5% GST, added at checkout. PayPal charges your card or balance automatically each year, and you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account. If you cancel, your listing keeps its premium placement until the end of the year you already paid for.
How fast does the badge show up?

Is the homepage row the same as the editorial featured picks?
