Golden Ears Business Park is the working end of Pitt Meadows. It runs along Airport Way beside the regional airport, covers something close to 189 acres across four phases, and is significant enough to the city's future that the Official Community Plan carries a dedicated supplemental area plan for its later phases and notes that it is expected to change what commercial services are available in Pitt Meadows.
