Three warehousing, storage and industrial distribution businesses are listed, all based in the Golden Ears Business Park off Airport Way: Tri-City Warehousing, Can Ridge Industries, which also handles crane and rigging work, and Polymershapes, a plastics fabrication and distribution supplier. None of these are public self-storage lockers; they serve businesses and contractors rather than residents storing household goods.
Can Ridge has run out of Pitt Meadows for more than forty years, and Tri-City is family owned, which is fairly typical of the smaller operators tucked into this business park alongside the larger corporate tenants. Anyone needing actual self-storage units for personal belongings is better served checking listings closer to the Lougheed Highway retail strip.
